Watcher

A watcher is an occult term which refers to a specific type of construct. These types of psychic creations are programmed with instructions to guard over a person, object, or place.

According to author D.J. Conway, watchers may take any form the creator desires and may be programmed to perform any simple task. Such tasks include acting as an intruder "alarm", or seeking out specific information on a target.
