Occam's razor

From Veritas

Some guy named Occam said something in a non-english language which gets translated (roughly) to english as "don't posit excessively without neccessity". The purpose of this statement is NOT to say the simplest answer is probably right, and NOR does it say that you can't keep adding theory.

What is DOES say is that you should add theories and possibilities only if you have valid reason.
