The art of decifering the meanings behind dreams in a way that reflects a person's psyche.
How dreams are interpreted can varie upon what kind of influences one has on the subject. The occult can be as much an influence, as populular Psychology. In any case, it is believed that the scenarios are subconscious reactions to what we experience, while awake.

Although ancient in practice, it had become part of popular Psychology in the early 20th century, when psychiatrists Sigmund Freud and Carl Jung pioneered what is still concidered the basis for dream interpretation. Around the same time, others of the same profession had added their own ideas, such as Fritz Perls and his use of the concept of Gestalt, which is a way of interpreting actions within their own setting.
